Elizabeth Williams after the 1881 census
« on: Saturday 24 March 18 14:30 GMT (UK) »
Trying to find Elizabeth Williams(nee Bosworth)born c1854 All Saints Worcester. She married Charles Williams 11 April 1875. Their son Charlie born 1876 is living with Elizabeth's Aunt Mary Ann Adams on the 1881 census. Elizabeth is shown as a widow living with her mother Sarah and her second husband Henry Cousins at address Broadfield Yard All Saints Worcester.

I am trying to find Elizabeth after the 1881 census. It looks like her husband Charles might have died 19 Nov 1878 Worcester,if this is the correct one.

Can anyone help please.

For info the death registered Worcester was age 66 - although that was registered Jun 1878 so can't be the chap who died 19 November  :-\

There is another one Dec 1879 age 45.

Thank you Milliepede

The death I thought might be Charles on 19th Nov 1878 at age 33 was in the Droitwich district

Thanks for responding.

I spotted the son Charles on the 1891 census that is why I am wondering where Elizabeth is. She could have married again but I can't seem to find a likely match

What happened to her mother?  Long shot but there is a Sarah Cousins widow right age born England death in Canada 1887.  Thinking the family may have gone overseas.

Also just to note Elizabeth is down as Betsey so name variation to look for.

If found this death for Sarah Cousins that I thought could be her. 11 Apr 1887 Church Walk
Worcester age 60

Can't find a remarriage for Betsy Williams so I am struggling with her at the moment
