This could be him going to Australia as a soldier, although looking at the original there is a red line through his name. He would be very young if he was born 1905 though. It does say Tentative Nominal Roll H.M.H.T Hororata.

His Service number? looks like A.A.M.C 21246

Robert Alexander Anderson
Title   PTO
Departure    23. 4.1920
Departure port   Liverpool
Destination port   Australia
Destination country   Australia
Ship name   Hororata
