looking for any information on richard dick stansfield married grace taylor on 2nd aug 1919..Dick was 25 and Grace was 23..their  son Albert stansfield was my grandfather. Dick Stansfield joined the navy..Grace taylor his wife was a widow who had 2 other children george robert taylor ex trawler skipper on HMT LORD PLENDER they lived at st johns terrace walcott street hull...dick remarried after grace died...thanks for any help

Dick’s naval record gives his birthdate as 24 September 1893 - born Hull.

First service was on his 19th birthday, 24 September 1912.

He was 5 ft 3 (and a quarter) inches tall, with light brown hair, grey eyes and fresh complexion.

hi...grace was a widow  married to george taylor i think.....Albert stansfield was born january 1919..graces maiden name mudd.....thanks for helping and the welcome
