Howell Look up request please

Desperately looking for the following before i go mad
 witnesses, Parents  to the marriage of John Howel of Pyle / Kenfig  Married to Catherine Jenkin in Margam 1786.
Baptism or Birth of John Howel / Howell / Howells possibly Pyle Kenfig. But could be anywhere, Dates around 1755 -60 i would imagine.
Nobody tracing this family seem to have the parents of John.

On Freereg: John HOWEL of  Pile  married Catherine JENKINS of Margam 20 May 1786 St Mary, Margam, Glamorgan. Sadly no other detail.

Probably born 1750 – 1770

A large number of John Howell’s born in period with father John, none with father Nicholas. 2 in the area may be of interest, both in Welsh naming pattern?

Son Howell John baptism 8 JUN 1761 St Cynwyd Llangynwyd, parents Isaac & Joan John

2 Catherine Jenkin (as transcribed) born in Margam.
