John Higgins, Born 1879 in Tully, Frenchpark, Roscommon

John's parents were Michael Higgins and Anne Devaney.  I have located a John from "Sully" in the English 1911 census.  He is living with his wife and child.  This is the last of the 13 children of Michael Higgins and Anne Devaney that I have not researched.  Would love to learn more about John's life and family....  With thanks. :o

Yes, he had brothers Thomas who immigrated to NJ and Stephen who stayed on the family farm.

You obviously have his past history so presumably it is his life from marriage and 1911 onwards that you are searching?

September 1905 West Derby
John Higgins and Annie Tempany - might that be him? There are Tempanys in Skreen.

Not sure what is being looked for!  It's posted under Roscommon so must be looking for Roscommon stuff (??)  but if all the others have been found it's just a matter of looking in same place for him!

I looked at Marie’s site. John not traced so I suppose this is checking on the one in the census.

The marriage certificate would show father’s name to confirm or otherwise,  so that would be the next step.
