Very unlikely any marriage record in 1670 would show either or both fathers...will just show the couple who married if you can find the parish in Buckinghamshire  they married at and if they go back that far, are not damaged or lost

Where were their children baptised.

Where did you find Mary's surname

There are a couple wills at Aylesbury that might help:

Edmund Neighbour, of Ellesborough, yeoman, 1693
Edmund Neighbour, of Saunderton, yeoman, 1717
Mead - Herts, Bucks, Essex
Pontifex - Bucks
Goldhurst - London, Middx, Herts
Kellogg/Kelhog - Essex, Cambs

Hi Kay. I am Daniel Hall. My gran was Gwen Neighbour. Edmund Neighbour is my 8th Grandfather who was married to Mary Loveday. Unfortunately I am at the same point as you and cannot find anymore info on both of them to trace back family prior to this. I am however interested to know why you are looking for this info. Are we related? I am currently working on the family tree on Ancestry.com.au Happy to share and exchange any info if we are looking for the same things. li,e you would love to find out more. I can invite you to my tree if you want to give me your email address.
