Checking the GRO births in Cookham RD it looks like Charlotte's maiden name was Turner.

There's a marriage at St Michael's in Bray on 13 Oct 1836 - Charlotte Turner and John Butler. If you can track down the register you might glean more information, if only the names of the witnesses.

There is an entry on Ancy.. that seems reliable for Charlotte;
Bapt 8-10-1815 Bray, St.Michael,
Charlotte Turner (Bn;10-9) d/o Charles & Elizabeth (late Barney).

Parents for John Butler are probably Henry and Ann Butler.(ag lab)
 
There are 2 families named Henry and Ann Butler one born 1788 a gardener,the other 1792 ag lab.on the 1841 census for Bray

1841 Holy Park Street
Henry 50 ag lab
Ann 50
George 14
Hannah 10
William 20
Rebecca Buckett 20   Rebecca Butler married William Burkett 1840
*Jane Turner 15.

If Charlotte' maiden name was Turner is the Jane living with them a sister of Charlotte?

1851 Census
Henry Butler 59
Henry 30 (was William in 1841)
Rebecca Buckett dau widow 26  she dies in 1856 name is always Buckett but marriage has Burkett.

In 1861 Henry Jr is now 40 and living with John and Charlotte.

Found so far children of Charles Turner and Elizabeth nee Barney
Charlotte baptized 10 September 1815 as previously posted by ribbo39
William Thomas bap 2 April 1818
Hannah bap  9 July 1820
Jane bap 7 December 1823  (this could be Charlotte's sister living with Henry Butler and his wife Ann in 1841)
