It's mostly just monthly one-word comments on his behaviour, starting with "Orderly & good 3/42". After that it's mostly just "good" with an occasional "sick" until 1843 when he seems to be in hospital ("Hospl") a lot, so much so that the writer just uses "do" instead of repeating the word.

The final bit is 3/7/46 Hospl followed by a possible DD  - date of death?
