Looking at Thomas Milner's pob - Birstwith. This village didn't have a church until the 1850's so Thomas would have to have been baptised elsewhere.
Possibly Hampsthwaite - it seems the vicar of Hampsthwaite objected to a church being built in Birstwith.

In 1841 there is a Thomas Milner age 89 in Hampsthwaite with a Hannah Milner age74. Thomas occ Linen Weaver. There is a death reg in 1845 Knaresborough district for Thomas Milner age 94.
They could be the Thomas Milner and Hannah Brown who married in H'thwaite on 1 Feb 1798, he was a weaver. the transcript on free reg doesn't mention if he was a widower, but he could be the former husband of Ellen. Not yet found Ellen's burial. This aged Thomas would have been born abt 1751, so would likely be the Thomas  bapt 28 jun 1751 in H'thwaite s/o John Milner, no mother mentioned. Father occ transcribed as Lorin??
There is a marriage for a John Milner and Jane Bramley on 14 Aug 1750 - could be the parents.
Jane Milner wife of John was buried on 4 Feb 1759. The transcript gives age as 79 and abode as Swartcliffe so must be a different John / Jane combination.

added
Another Jane wife of John burial on 28 dec 1790 age 58.
There's burial of a John Miner noted as senior on 9 jan 1775, so likely to be husband of the Jane buried in 1759.
Can't find burial of the John who married Jane Bramley yet
