How to Find Coroner's Inquest Report?
« on: Sunday 22 April 18 01:17 BST (UK) »
I was given information from my elderly Aunt concerning my Grand Uncle who was killed in a bicycle accident on November 28, 1955. She had some of her information mixed up, but with the help from this website I was able to get clear and accurate information. Now that I have that I would like to find out if I can read the coroner's inquest results but don't know how or where to look.

Can I ask again for anyone's help in steering me in the right direction.
Edward Graham, died November 28, 1955 at Castlebar Hospital. The accident happened on Corballa Ballina Road. His wife was Catherine who was injured but not killed and they had 5 children.  I tried britishnewspapers.com but couldn't find a newspaper for Sligo and don't know the area at all, as I'm from Canada.

Any help or advice would greatly be appreciated.

For this newspaper, we have the following titles in, or planned for, our digital archive:

1836–53 The Champion, or Sligo News
    1853–1963 The Sligo Champion

This newspaper is published by Independent News and Media PLC in Sligo, Sligo, Republic of Ireland. It was digitised and first made available on the British Newspaper Archive in Mar 14, 2013 . The latest issues were added in Feb 10, 2018.

    Earliest issue: June 4, 1836
    Latest issue: December 30, 1911
