Tyneside housing history report
« on: Wednesday 25 April 18 09:37 BST (UK) »
Having just moved back to the area, I was searching for information on the history of housing in  Tyneside, and found this report, full of interesting photos and historical information:

Hoping the link works.
It's very long, only just started to read it.

Thanks for the link.
I have downloaded it and will, in the fullness of time, read though it properly. For now though, a quick run through shows an interesting read.

Thank you, TriciaK.  A splendid read.  I've just been researching the large old houses in Benwell.  This document brings me much further up to modern times.  Everyone's out to make money, aren't they?  Things never change.
