Address
 Burgagery Lands West, Irishtown Upper

Think that should be the other way around
Irishtown Upper is the street
Burgagery Lands West is the townland.
Clonmel

Hi Sinann

I missed the blue bar at the top with next and previous on it the first time I pasted the URL into the tools page, silly me. Have found them on the summary sheet now.

Thanks again so much. My friend's Dad is 91 and his health has taken a turn for the worse so the more we can find for him on his family the better. He remembers visiting his grandmother, Mary Boyle, in Limerick when he was a child. His mother was the daughter born two years after the 1901 census.

Thanks

Denise

Thank you again Sinann

I have found the house in Irishtown, where the Boyles were living, on Google Maps. So able to show Bill where his mother was born. I had though Irishtown was a suburb. I did not realise it was a road.

Thanks too for the Limerick link.

Cheers

Denise

Well.... I'm amazed. I have been researching this family today and whilst chatting with another RootsChat poster who had just had great help with a puzzle she was having, I clicked on Ireland and then Tipperary and within a few seconds, I ended up here! I could hardly believe my eyes.

I'd found the 1911 census and the birth of Ellen Boyle and it had greatly extended what I knew prior to today, so to find this thread, well, I'm very grateful to the original poster DeniseBS and to Sinann.  I realise this was from last year but maybe one or both of you will see it.

I really must look more into using RootsChat as I'm embarrassed to say I've had a log in for years but have rarely looked at it.

Thanks again

Thanks so much for point out how to find Irishtown, Clonmel residents in the 1901 census. Found a whole family of Conways that was "missing".
