Help needed with parents of Frederick J Herbert 1831 Warwickshire

Frederick J married Elizabeth in 1852. His father was Thomas Herbert who married and divorced an American lady Martha. The divorce was in America so he must have lived there for a period. But this is all I can find.

... so KGarrad found you some more! ie 1841 census, giving info such as address, ages, other children born to them etc.

Obviously, if you already had all that, then it wasn't "all you could find"

Martha is said to be widowed on 1851, more children too.  All bn Birmingham so no sign of any trip to the States.  And she was born Worcestershire.

Children's birth registration show mother's maiden name as Grafton, eg:

so possible marriage:

Thomas dying 1851 and Grafton I didn't have. Thank you. I have 9 children in total from 1823 to 1848. Any idea when Martha died or who the parents were to Thomas and Martha? Any info is appreciated.

Thomas didn't die in 1851.  Martha was a widow on 1851 census.

This might be his death:
Oct/Nov/Dec 1848
Birmingham

Thomas Herbert age 42

Youngest child was 3 in 1851, so fits.
