There are no parents listed on VICBDM for the Robert who died, in 1906.

Richard Lawson is also the name of the father married to Jane.

Their son William died in 1861, George in 1868 and Thomas in 1888. Parents Richard Lawson, down for two of them, just Richard for two and Jane Smithson

Their daughter Mary's death: 1918 MCKNIGHT Mary aged 67 married Joseph McKnight in 1869. They had 11 children.

Their daughter Jane's death: 1953 LUPTON Jane aged 93 married George Lupton  in 1884. They had 9 children.

Thomas married Clara Emily Baker in 1879. They had 6 children.

Thankyou everyone. I have a lot of info from when Richard Lawson Errington and Jane Errington went to Australia and their descendants, especially about their daughter Jane Lupton née Errington, who married George William Lupton. One of their daughters, Lily Agnes Lupton, was my maternal grandmother. I'm finding it hard to get who were William Errington's and Ann Lawson's (Richard Lawson Errington's parents) parent's names. Again, too many people with the same names from different branches of a family.

Thank you for the info Trish1120. I didn't have a clue who Richard's and Jane's parents were until after my initial enquiry a couple of days ago. Another member of rootschat answered that question only yesterday. Anyway it's good to get all this information. Helps a lot.
