Emigration and marriage record for Sarah Dunbar
« on: Monday 07 May 18 09:59 BST (UK) »
A DNA match has located a lost ancestor in the US. Her name is Sarah Dunbar born 1859 in Birkenhead, Cheshire. I am now trying to find her name on any emigration records and her sunsequent marriage to Daniel Melville born 1854 in Limerick, Ireland. They had 3 sons, John Joseph 1884, Charles  1886 and James Francis 1888. It looks like they probably wed about 1883/4 in New York, possibly in the Bronx area. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.
Banks - Wick, Caithness
Dunbar - Co Antrim-Birkenhead-Liverpool
Kemp - Woodnesborough,Kent-Liverpool
Long - Ireland-Liverpool
Clarke - Ireland-Liverpool
Weldon - Dublin-Birkenhead
Thomas - LLandysilio,Anglesey-Liverpool
Roberts -Denbighshire-Liverpool
Spain-Woodnesborough, Kent
Seed - Ballyculter, Co. Down
Graham-Ayrshire-Ballyculter-Liverpool

They all vary Annie - depends who gave the information   ???  1940 could have been Wales if Sarah was an inmate at Manhattan State Hospital.
