You have a lot of sorting out to do if this is the family.

Here is a marriage for a Margaret Peden to Thomas Gibson - her father James, shoemaker

https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/marriage_returns/marriages_1893/10613/5866590.pdf

Here are the Gibsons  in 1901 - she has a daughter Martha
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Londonderry/Garvagh/Mettican_Glebe/1519903/

There are a lot of Pedens in the area and if Margaret Gibson were Annie Mary’s mother it would not account for Elizabeth Orr, half sister.

None of this shows Samuel or William.

Possibles & downloadable from SP...

Marriage (would give both sets of parents names with both mothers m/s)

ORR JAMES & PEDEN MARGARET 1889
646/3 286 Partick (Glasgow City)

Births (depending on how accurate the age was on 1901 census)

ORR JANE 1890
646/3 1288 Partick

ORR ELIZABETH 1893
646/3 993 Partick

ORR ELIZABETH 1895
646/3 140 Partick

Those may be way off but may be worth checking?

That looks worth following Rosinish.

It can’t be the same Margaret Peden who married Thomas Gibson though.

However, here is a death for Martha Peden - informant her daughter Margaret Gibson

Heywood,

I'm finding this lot a bit confusing to say the least.

I think the OP needs to start afresh with facts she can follow with docs/references etc. & of course help from here along the way, to sort out the 2 different families & work with one at a time but that's my own personal view as to how I would go about it as there are so many discrepancies with names/yrs/dates etc. making it all supposition as we don't have a starting block of solid proof to move up from?

I don't mean this to sound bad in any way, just trying to make sense  ;)

;D This does look to be tied to the same family I found the marriage of James Orr & Margaret Peden which was 1889 i.e. may be the parents of James (which can only come from the MC on SP) but it looks as though these families are actually also related in some other way  ???

Add...An exciting puzzle if we had a starting block?

Yes I agree.
At the very least, I think, as I have said before, there could be two generations mixed up.

Findme,
I presume your line is Annie Lamont?

Who drew up the tree? As Rosinish advises, it might be best to do a big review. The marriage details for Margaret and James Orr would be good.
