His parents were Frank PHILLIPS & Annie BISHOP. In 1901 Census the family was at Bridgehill, Belper, Derbyshire and in 1911 they were at 232 Harrington St Derby.

so possibly he was buried at Christ Church Belper ?? or more likely at Belper cemetery Matlock Rd Belper as I think by that time the town had grown and a cemetery was opened

1901 their address was Wellington Court Belper Derbyshire - probably the same address as given at Frederick Matthew's baptism (as Wellington Court is terraced houses so could possibly be entered at baptism as Wellington Terrace
