Finedon Northants -Family Mackerness

I can find no parish records for Finedon  for the years 1580 -on Ancestry or other searches. I am trying to search the family name Mackerness (or Makernis ) I have possibly -
Thomas 1599 – 1653 ? (Finedon) married a Mary Coles
Thomas 1558 – 1640 ? (Finedon) married Margaret -died1620?
Thomas 1524 – 1593 ? (Finedon) married Joan 1525 – 1601?
William 1494 – 1544 ? (Finedon) married Margaret
John 1460 -1515? (Finedon) married Elizabeth 1465 - 1533
but not from a documented source.
Can anyone help or put me in the right direction?

Northamptonshire Archives says:

Finedon Parish Records The majority of these records are in the custody of the vicar and Parochial Church Council of Finedon and are kept in the church. The original survey was carried out in two parts; the first in November 1978 and the second, covering mostly 20th century material in August 1979. Access is through arrangement with the church. Contact: John Bailey, Plackett House, High Street, Finedon, NN9 5JN for searches.

I'm sad to tell you that John Bailey died in July 2016.Google him and 'Finedon'.

I don't know if anyone has taken up the mantle of genealogy though.

Maybe Northants Record Office could advise you.
