Faloola,

Only people born before 1916 are viewable on the 1939 register - for privacy reasons. A closed record is 'blacked out' -- and the blacking out is hiding people born after 1916 (sometimes they have accidentally left on view!).

Hence if the parents are on the 1939 Register with blacked out entries at the same address - they are likely to be the children you mention.

Lancashire, West Yorkshire, Southern Ireland, Scotland.

Only people born before 1916 are viewable on the 1939 register - for privacy reasons. A closed record is 'blacked out' -- and the blacking out is hiding people born after 1916 (sometimes they have accidentally left on view!).

Hence if the parents are on the 1939 Register with blacked out entries at the same address - they are likely to be the children you mention.

If Frances M Firth died March qtr 1939 aged 37, how can she appear on the 1939 Register taken 29th September 1939?
Ignore forgot he remarried to a Jessie!

Who/where/when did Brenda & Frances E marry ( did Frances E marry a Wallington)?

Yes Francis E did marry a wallington can’t find much about her

Two different death records though one is terry and one is wallington
Believe she had children

My grandmother Brenda Firth married a gurney _ I have most of her details

Francis has been causing me headaches
