I wonder what happened to Robert Mansell born 1929 Birmingham and his sister born Audrey J Mansell born 1932 Birmingham their parents were George Robert Mansell 1903-2002 and Jane Duffield 1905-1990. Married at Holy Trinity, Bordesley in 1928.

Where have you searched for them?  Do they appear on the 1939 register?  Have you looked for marriages or deaths?

Hi Bumble.

I have got their parents on the 1939 and usually I put if there are any redacted in the property but for some reason I have just got the parents so I must have missed the redacted ones or they weren't there.  I will go and check tomorrow.

I have not found their baptisms yet I have looked at the Holy Trinity, Bordesley where the parents were married. I have a marriage in Birmingham for a Audrey Mansell to a John J Dorey that could be her she would be 18. I have a Robert Mansell marrying a Joan L Wells Sutton Coldfield reg. but only a long shot.

The children are not on the 1939 they would have been aged 10 and 7.

They could both be alive.

Have you got their exact dates of birth, who were the witnesses on their parents' death certificates, and any wills?

NO i haven't got anything like that. I know the mother died 1990 and the father 2002 both in Birmingham.

I suppose they are probably both alive, Just was hoping someone might come up with a marriage for them both because there are some clever people on here that often can find information. Just wanted to complete that generation in my book.

It does mean Audrey is still single and its not her marrying John J Dorey in 1950.
