Not sure, but I think this man is related. He had a brother called Bill, this could be William (Billy) Hill.

Of course I could be wrong, but also a Crawford is mentioned from Osooyos.

This is a good lead! I've done a quick search on Facebook and there is a Rick Crawford from Osooyos on there who looks about the right age and is married to a Margaret. I've sent him a message with a link to the newspaper article to see if he is related.

I also found Rick Crawford, however he did not respond, neither did Margaret.
