Unfortunately no indication from that if it is the mother, the daughter, or someone else entirely. There is, however, a marriage of an Ann ANGWIN to Martin SIMMONS in 1777, which could well be the daughter.

             I had something like this the other week and they told me it was something to do with the church year march to march. so they were married  sep 1743 and had grace Jan 1744 going on our calendar year

Very often when these entries are on the 'old calendar'  they are transcribed as 1743/44 so that we know 

Freereg has it as just 1743 but the Cornwall FHS transcript on FindMyPast has it as 1744.
