Do you have copy of her death cert (or the official transcription) ... as it should include details of her family members.  (NSW BDM #8521, has father's given name as Peart, death registered Woollahra )

The 1901 NSW Census has for 48 Denison St Woollahra
CRISP ? (possibly an initial 'M') with 2 x females at the residence.

1894 Sands Sydney & NSW Directory.
CRISP Mrs M., 44 Denison street, Woollahra.

Change to Mrs J from Mrs M.

1896 Sands Sydney & NSW Directory.
CRISP Mrs J., 44 Denison street, Woollahra.

Change from 44 Denison to 48 Denison.

1897 Sands Sydney & NSW Directory.
CRISP Mrs J., 48 Denison street, Woollahra.

Gerry

Added, looking a bit further I think 44 and 48 are most probably the same premises there was just some numbering changes as development happened which was common.

Hi JM,
Thanks for your reply,  I don't have the Death Certificate.  PEART was the maiden name of the person I'm seeking.
You or Aussie mention a Jane CRISP at that address or 44  or 48 Denison Street.
I believe our first Electoral Rolls after Federation were 1903.
Appreciate your assistance.
Kind regards

 Hi Aussie1947,
Thanks for your comments will check further.
The Sands Directory is helpful, often helps to complement information around this period (pre-Federation). The maiden surname fits.
Kind regards

Some commercial websites with family  trees do have  digitised 1903-4 electoral rolls  It can be breach of their T&C to look up and post here .. there was also the electoral rolls prepared in 1902 and they included females. Federation was 1 Jan 1901.  NSW state library has these rolls and 19th century ones too.

Sands directories closing date for annual publication was end of October each year, so 1900 publication was 31 Oct 1899 etc

ADD
City of Sydney archives as per my link earlier have excellent Sands digitised version NO charge search option there ... in my view much better search option to any current subscription website.
