If you believe that she was sent to live with a friend or relative, then at 60 Hilldrop Crescent in 1930 were Lucy Harrison, Doris Pearson, Alice and Clarence Phelps, and Albert and Christina Wills.

Alice's maiden name is probably Pearson, and Christina's is Myles/Cuthbert-White, so those two not obviously related.

Amy V Jackson probably married George E Baird, and the family can be found in 1939 with Charles H Jackson.
Probate for Amy in 1993.
