The North Wales Express . 13th August 1909
DRUID ARMS, BANGOR. The amount of compensation claimed in the case of the Druid Arms, Dean street, Bangor, was £982 11s 7d. Mr Rumsey Williams appeared for the tenant. Mr J. Pritchard, in his valuation, said the rateable value was £12 and the rent £14 per annum. He gave figures of the trade done for the last three from which it appeared that, the average barrelage was 75¾.
