Grocer Lochmaben

Have been searching for Adam FORSYTH son of Thomas FORSYTH (Grocer) and Agnes FORSYTH (Smith).

Adam died Lochmaben 9 June 1875 aged 22 yrs. (born abt. 1853). Can't make out his cause of death - but had had it for several years. Perhaps someone can make out what he had for several years.

Can't find him on the 1861.1871 census.

Is it General Tremour many years .

The Tr looks a bit like an Sh but think it's the way the T was written.

 I certainly am not looking in the right places. Did.n't know Adam was born in Torthorwald.
