Sneddon/Snaddon-Bo'ness/carriden anyone researching?

My 4x great grandfather John Sneddon was baptised 8/9/1805 Carriden, Parents Richard and Janet Sneddon.

John married Catherine Lumsden or Lumsdale, it seems he had siblings Richard, Janet and William.

Their daughter Isabella was baptised Cadder 1828 along with Jean Sneddon daughter of James and Agnes Sneddon.

There seems to be a Richard and Janet that had children with the same names in Bo'ness around the same time so not sure if they are same couple or different.

My son in laws family, which I traced for him, has a number of Sneddon's born Bo’ness.
Descendants of this family gradually moved through Lanarkshire to Ayrshire.

John 1815, Walter 1791, John 1749, Alexander 1726 (he had a son Richard 1756), Walter 1688 (he married a Catherine Lumsdale, they had a son Richard 1727) Walter 1662, James 1632.

Colin
Clarke, Trickett, Orton, Lawless, Norton, Detheridge, Kirby, Goodfellow, Wagstaff, Lowe, etc.

Do you know the maiden surnames of Janet and Agnes?
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

Janet and Agnes' maiden name was Sneddon also

I believe that John was married to Catherine Sneddon-John being  the son of Walter Sneddon and Catherine Lumsdale but not certain.

It may be an idea to add dates/places to events for people to relate to, who may be descended from those people?

I believe my line is

Walter Sneddon-Catherine Lumsdale
John Sneddon b 1719-Catherine Sneddon-possibly daughter of Walter Sneddon and Margaret Elliott
Richard Sneddon b 1764-Janet Sneddon, daughter of Alexander Sneddon and Rachel Gibb
John Sneddonb 1805-Catherine Lumsdale/lumsden

The issue i have is that there were 2 couples called Richard and Janet Sneddon who had children in Bo'ness and Carriden
