 :D ???

First up thank you to you all for your willingness and kindness to help. I can't work out what ship and where Richard Hughes was sent to.

I think you may have cropped this too far in from right side (as you look at it)?

Is it possible to state what the columns say please?

I think I see a Joseph Yates bottom right column? but it's easier to piece things together if you know what entries are referring to?

I can't even see Richard Hughes on the crop?

As Annie says - column headings would be very helpful.

It's difficult to read, which column has the name of the ship?

Looks as if there are ships' names on second and last columns.   :-\ :-\

Edit to add

e.g. second and last column of first entry looks like  -

For/In 12 November 1874 put on board steamer Governor Blackell for internment at Sydney NSW.   But I'm not sure that makes sense as convict transportation had ended by then in NSW I think.

Have you edited the initial request...I thought you asked about Clifford?

Maybe I'm going bananas  ???

Very odd isn't it . . .   and it looks more and more like a death certificate - I wonder if they were sending bodies around for interrment rather than internment.

The column of living (second last - is what you'd find on a death certificate (though usually in the last column . and the years in Queensland or NSW or wherever . . . also looks like death certs.)

I can see a Hughes mentioned in the last column - but not Richard.  Only Alfred

I wondered if first column was a ship. (It’s a steamer judging by second column where it says “put on board steamer”.  Anyway, ship is the William J something

And is that age at which married (28]. And to whom, ( Eliza Ruth Wickham)?
