North Wingfield Parish Registers

Does anyone have access to the original North Wingfield PR's please?  I need to clarify entries I have found online.

bpt John son of Richard Fowke 22/1/1577  - (info from the IGI) does this entry really exist?
burial Isley Fauk 9/8/1636  - Is the christian name definitely Isley?
burial Dawrothy Fa* 14/3/1642  - What is Dot's surname?

The burial on 09/08/1636 was Scisley Fauk.

Dorothy FOULDS was buried 14/03/1643.

I also need clarification of the following original North Wingfield entry for the full name please

Burial Thomas 11/5/1660

The entry just says Thomas, so no idea whether this is the christian name, or the surname.

I am trying to find the burials of Thomas and Dorothy Fowkes/Foulkes, who in 1654 were of North Wingfield ...

The only burial that l can find is (widow) Fowks

23/08/1668.

I can't find any other Fowkes - Foulkes burials in the time range.

I have managed to have a look at the original burial entry for Scisley Fauk 9/8/1636 North Wingfield, but cannot read it all.  After her name I think it says "De something" which I am hoping is her abode.  Can anyone tell me what it says please?
