George and Louisa Williams b 1891 & 1898 Brooklyn.
« on: Thursday 05 July 18 13:16 BST (UK) »
The above were the son and daughter of Francis Eugene Senior Williams 1867-1912 and Emily Louisa nee Tibball 1864-1946; they were married c 1885-can't find marriage record?
At 1910,  US Census, Emily said that she'd had 9 children and 6 were  living; I've found 7; George was on 1905 census but Louise was not but I can't find death records for them?

Could this be George's death record from 1946?  https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:2W28-WZL

This looks like the birth record for the same guy.  https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:2WQ1-VPB

George's WWI draft registration - https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:KXY8-VH4

This looks like George in the 1940 census - https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:KQR8-5WG  Note that he was asked the supplemental questions at the bottom.

From the draft registration card & 1940 census supplemental questions, it looks like he was in the Navy for 4 years.

George's obituary says he was survived by wife, 2 sons, his mother, 3 brothers, one sister, and 3 grandchildren.  https://bklyn.newspapers.com/image/52883560/?terms=george%2Bwilliams

1910 Census: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:M537-775

I think the transcriber couldn't make out the last name in the 1900 census and just guessed. Louise E. is listed as having 7 children, 5 still alive.

1900 census: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MSFX-VPT

Thank you very much RJ and shellyesq that info answers some questions and raises more. I believe from George's obit that his brother Edward D survived him beyond 1946; he was b 13 Aug 1901-is there any info on him?  The sister who survived was Adelaide who passed away in 2000.
So presumably Louisa passed away before 1946?

Do you think Harry's dob is wrong, only on the censuses his birth is 1897 not 1887? Also Louise could be a likely candidate but I'd thought that she passed before 1905?
