Stewart Marriage between 1920 & 1928 in F.M.S In particular Singapore or Penang

Can anyone please help I am trying to find a marriage of a Charles William Adams Stewart to a lady called Ethel..... It was his second marriage he married first in Singapore in 1916. Sadly his first wife died not long afterwards. Can anyone help ??

which states:
Ethel Joseline Elaine Norris
Married 28th July 1922 at St Andrews Cathedral, Singapore
