You do not need to put in your actual birth date, in fact for security it is best not to.

Morning all, problem sorted, it was the browser as Blue suggested but I've accessed on Google Chrome now same as Cathy and everything seems to be working okay.

Should never have tried last thing at night, I'm a lark not an owl, morning's my best time.
