Woman's dress and pushchair

Is it possible to give a rough date for this photograph? This is a clip from an undated photograph of the exterior of a church. Built in 1871, I'm assuming it was before the turn of the century.

(Can add whole photo is more helpful)

It looks Edwardian but a bigger file is needed for greater accuracy.

Unfortunately the image is cut from a postcard sized photograph of the exterior of a church - and the size of the figure you see here is basically the her size on the photograph.
