Hi
My name is Roger Smith and John Knight was my Grand-Father. His daughter Dorothy was my mother.
I was not aware of his very sad ending until I read this rootschat.

Hi,

A Warm Welcome to Rootschat -

Thank you so much for posting and letting us know your connection with Pvt John Knight.  Is it possible that you might be interested to contact CWGC (Commonwealth War Graves Commission)  I would be delighted to pass on a contact name for you or you can contact UKNA Technical Team at CWGC.

It is fantastic that these men are honoured some 100 years later.

Regards
Sandra
