Death of William A R Reid c1909

hi everyone,

                looking for help and information on the family of William Reid from Belfast
                William Alfred Robert Reid was born in Cawnpore, India in 1869. 

                he married Margaret Ballance in Belfast 24 December 1903, son James Cecil
                was born June 1905.  William was discharged from the army October 1905.
                 Sgt Reid, 4676.  Royal Irish Rifles.  believe he died c1909.

                all that I can find on the short time spend in Canada, is when Margaret returns
                a widow with a family of three young children.
                sailed from Montréal, Quebec. returned to  Glasgow on the SS Ionian. 12 June 1910.

                Harold born Canada, c1907 and Vera born Canada, c1910.
                 Vera is down age 1, Belfast 1911 census.

                James Cecil died 21 January 1971, Roselawn Cemetery, Belfast.
                they are living in Belfast in the 1911 census with Margaret’s father.
                if anyone could help me with anything, thank you very much.

                many thanks for you message, but sorry have double checked Margaret
                she was born in Antrim.  she is just a year younger. did think that’s them.
                 will keep looking, again many thanks for the help.

Can only transcribe what the passenger lists says  Wm was altered from Scotland to India

              will check the dates you sent when I get back to the library.
              everything looks right.
              William’s father, James c1840 came from Scotland.
