Sorry emeltom, I wasn't clear about Jane Pepper. Her maiden name was Kent, and she married William Pepper in Westoning in 1788. Can you find a christening for her?

I take it this is in reference to the 1762 marriage between Thomas Pepper and Ann Clark, in which case the Beds. FHS transcript has Thomas' abode as Marston Moreteyne.
