Cleaned up the speckling in the original black and white image then added color.
I just like to do photo restores.

Been googling costumes for the Bukovina area of Ukraine - what wonderfully colourful costrumes they wear - and what a lot of beads and jewellery and things around their necks.  Brilliant.    8) 8)
