Royal Navy Second World War HMS URANIA and VICTORY

Hi everyone and may I say how pleased I am to have found this site.
My father served in the Navy from August 1943 to February 1947. I have an old photocopy of his Service Records which is, to say the least, very illegible. However he served mainly on HMS Urania and his last ship (if I have read it correctly was HMS Victory)  On his records it states completed P.F.F. course and I wonder if anyone knows the meaning of these letters.  My dad had a good friend who served with him but I do not know his name. I am posting a photo in case anyone recognises him.  It would be great if anyone can help.

Hi no expert on the Navy but you might find HMS Victory was not a ship but a training Base.

It appears there was also a ship HMS Victory in WW2,so he may very well have served on it.

I’m am no expert on Naval matters, but If it was his last ship i think it was most likely the shore establishment at Portsmouth, now HMS Nelson.

HMS VICTORY was Royal Navy Barracks, Portsmouth later renamed, I believe, HMS NELSON.
