That would be West Ham Cemetery?
Now run by Newham Borough.

The CWGC Civilian War Dead records do not provide information on the place of burial. The reference to West Ham Borough indicates that that was the reporting authority responsible for providing details of civilian deaths to the CWGC. In theory he could be buried anywhere in the UK but clearly it is likely to be locally.

Thanks once again, I'm hanging my head in shame that I didn't look through all the website first time, I only did a search on the name.   My friend was only 4years old when her father was killed in the Blitz and she emigrated to New Zealand when her mother remarried, now she is looking into her family tree and would like to find where her father was buried, now with your help she has a few more options.
