Anne Elizabeth Tandy b1878, utterly frustrated

Could anybody help me find out what happened to Anne Elizabeth Tandy?
Born Hawkesbury, birth registered Mar quarter 1878, parents Thomas Tandy and Lucy, maiden name Gardener

I have found her in the census
1881 with Thomas and Lucy and a couple of siblings in Hawkesbury RG11/2511/29/11
1891 with grandmother Elizabeth Gardener, and brother Thomas, still in Hawkesbury RG12/1996/20
1901 she’s a servant in Broad Street, Chipping Sodbury RG13/2407/81/12

There’s an illegitimate daughter, Kate, born 1900. Kate is with Thomas and Lucy in 1901.

I’ve found a marriage for an Annie E Tandy in Bristol in Mar quarter 1911, potential spouses George Frost or Charles Roberts. I haven’t been able to find either gent with a wife Annie in the 1911 Census.

I’ve found one possibility for a Charles Roberts with an Annie in Bristol in the 1939 Register.

Mistrancriptions are a particular problem with the Tandy surname - I’ve seen Tandy, Landy, Sandy to name but a few

If anyone could help, I’d much appreciate it.

Assume the tree on Ancestry which gives Anne Elizabeth TANDY marrying Charles ROBERTS January 1911 and also states they went to Quebec Canada 22 September 1928 - but Anne's death is in the UK.  (March 1959, Bristol)

I did look at the tree with the emigration, but that lady appears to have a Tandy daughter in tow, who is not Kate, so didn't pay much attention

Probate for George Leonard Frost Bristol 1925 has widow Annie Elizabeth

There appears to be two Davis/Frost births in Bristol up to 1950
