Donald MacLauchlane emigrated from Perthshire to McNab township, Ontario, in 1834. Most of his sons (Thomas b 1798, married with children) and daughters went with him.

Information of descendants appreciated.

Neil McLauchlane (spelt Mclaughlan) son of Thomas Mclauglan and Margaret Stewart - born 1845 - marriage 9 September 1874 Huron Ontario  to Elizabeth Forbes - witnesses Thos McLauglan (as it was spelt) and Robert Fergusson.

George Patterson McLauchlin born Brussels Ontario 21 August 1881 passed away 11 April 1958 Vancouver British Columbia. The informant was his son.
