Looks like she died in 1928 with age given as 82, so born early 1840s but clearly married about 50 years in 1911 not 30. It's not helping to find the marriage though.
Roots Ireland don't make it clear if there is a gap in their marriage records for Ballinasloe. I can see both surnames on the free search for East Galway for around 1840 and 1860 but nothing when I add the first names.

Porkie Pies
John Pelley as spelt seems to have died 1893 age 60 and is buried in Glasnevin
his name still registers when you enter 9 Georges Place into address box
https://www.glasnevintrust.ie/genealogy/results/index.xml
His death does not seem to be registered though his grandson John son of Michael and Mary Healy is in 1896

First, thank you so much for helping!!  Second, any ideas why there would be such a discrepancy with the age?  At first I thought maybe it was his son but that doesn't make sense either. I know there was a difference in Ellen's age also in the census.
At least I know now about the year of his birth and marriage 1833 and 1863... going off glasnevins age). I will more than likely purchase the info off glasnevins site to see if it has any more info. Thank you!!!!!

Also, when I Search the glasnevin site,  is there a way to search without being so specific? And what I mean by that is when I do search I have to be very specific... like I have to know dates and exact spellings (even if it’s wrong:-). Thank you!!!!

if you use advanced search
put one of the vowels into first name box and change to ''contains''
put Pel into surname box and change to ''contains''
change year search to 10 years
put ''George'' into address box as part of address

there are also young Christopher and Anne buried there as 13 and 14

Christopher was baptised 1868

however his birth was registered as Michal
