Thomas Wall, help please
« on: Thursday 26 July 18 21:57 BST (UK) »
Im doing ongoing family research and have come across Thomas Wall , he was married in 1920 to Mary O Leary, on 2 Nov 1920 he was executed on "finding of court of mutiny enquiry". I have got this from a copy of death record on The Irish civil record site.
I would want to find the circumstances of his court of enquiry, who he served with etc, thanks

The death record came from Tralee.

the last line is 'findings of military enquiry' the cause is shock due to gunshot wounds - doesn't say he was executed

Thank you all for your great research, sorry I said executed,  I saw "military enquiry" and made the wrong assumption.
I did not know about the siege of Tralee either!
Got some reading to do! thank you again.
