Number 63 is Bellevue Lodge and has borne that name at least since the 1880's when it appears on this OS map: https://maps.nls.uk/view/117878067#zoom=4&lat=10445&lon=5344&layers=BT

It was the home of John Stedman, vicar of Weston for many years. His widow Charlotte recorded it as Bellevue Lodge, 24 Newbridge Hill, as did the newspaper announcements of his death in 1910.

Number 63 Newbridge Hill ,Belle Vue Lodge, was number 24 (numbered consecutively on the south side from the junction with Newbridge Road) and in1872 appears to have been occupied by Revd J Stedman, similarly in 1895 and in 1912 Mrs Stedman.
Number 63 was outside the Bath City Boundary until around the turn of the 20thC.
In 1952 it was the local doctors' surgery, Drs Brice and Drew and remained so until around 1970.
Further along Newbridge Hill at number 117 is Belle Vue House, at one time in the 1950s a Home for Children under the management of the Bath City Council
