Married a Rhoda Howell on the 7 December 1828 Kingswinford

I cant find that Baptism on line. Who were his Parents on it?

Only William Tonks I can find on FreeREG was Bapt 19 Aug 1804 St Mary, Bitterley to RICHARD/MARY

It says on the 1861 census he was born in 1803
So it could be the one

Sorry the 1804 William is under TUNKS.
On FreeREG, several children for RichardTonks Bapt Bitterley, some have Mother as Mary, others Martha

Found this website of transcriptions of Bitterley baptisms, but I can't see anyone being baptised there on 13 Sep 1801  ???
