Nora Mountfield, Lostock Gralam, Cheshire

Hi John,

In my extended tree  I have James Mounfield (b. 1821) married to Emily Clarke (b. 1843) in 1864.  When James died in 1879 she married Samuel Pennell in 1881 (my line).

James and Emily had a son called Edward Mounfield born 1864 - could he be the one who married Florrie Owen therefore the father of Roy?

George Moore and Fanny Caroline Newhall are also in my tree - George was the son of Thomas Done Moore but I can't see any Clarke's in this line.  Moore is my line, so it could be in the Newhall family.

Thanks for this. I appreciate your interest. However, I cannot see any Moore's, Newhall's or Clarke's in my line. My brother's sense is that relationship with us is through Nora (nee Clarke), who married Roy Mountfield. I have some Clarke's in my tree (located in Tipton, Staffs) but they are early 19thC and whom I have not been able to link to my father, who was born in Garston, Liverpool, Lancs.
