Does her obituary tell you anything? It is in the Johnstown Tribune 1895-2-25. The library will make a photocopy and send it to you for a few $. Maybe now they will email it, it's been a while since I used their service.
Was your family in the Johnstown Flood of 1889? Reason I'm asking, mine was and survived. But just that won't get you her parents.  :)

There's a Timothy Buckley's obituary 1879-12-15, died in Franklin Borough. A relative?

The link to the obit index is http://blacklick2.000webhostapp.com/interest.html, at the bottom of the page.

Yes, can you tell us the dates and places of the 1st and 2nd marriages if you know them, and where and when the children were born. That way we might know where to look for records.

Did your great grandfather Michael, who died in 1945, have siblings? Do their records say anymore about the place of birth of their parents other than "Ireland" as Michael's death record does?

Likewise, for the previous generation, do you know of any siblings and have you traced them?

There is a lot of information about Michael Edward Buckley (1854) on Ancestry - have you been in contact  with the tree owners?

She named two sons Dennis, and one Miles. That might help you find her father, or brother at least.

1860 Census Conemaugh Township, Cambria County, PA

Timothy Buckley, 47, born in Ireland, miner
Rosanna Buckley, 45, born in Ireland
Dennis Buckley, 15, born in Pennsylvania, laborer
Timothy Buckley, 8, born in Pennsylvania
Michael Buckley, 6, born in Pennsylvania
Rosanna Buckley, 4, born in Pennsylvania
John Murphy, 19, born in Ireland, puddler's helper
Joanna Murphy, 17, born in Ireland
Miles Murphy, 16, born in Ireland, laborer
Dennis Murphy, 14, born in Ireland

The 1870 census says that the oldest Buckley child, Dennis, was born in Ireland a few years after the youngest Murphy, also named Dennis.

If true, then Michael Timothy Buckley should also be from Cork. Assuming your information about Rose Anna Sweeney's place of birth is correct. Buckleys should be slightly easier to find than Murphys.

1870 Census Franklin Borough, Cambria County

Thimothy Buckley, 56, laborer, born in Ireland, citizen
Rosa Buckley, 56, born in Ireland
Miles Murphy, 24, laborer, born in Ireland, citizen
Dennis Buckley, 23, laborer, born in Ireland, citizen
Thimothy Buckley, 18, laborer, born in Pennsylvania
Mich Buckley, 16, laborer, born in Pennsylvania
Dennis Murphy, 25, laborer, born in Ireland, citizen
Joanna Murphy, 26, at home, born in Ireland
Anna Buckley, 12, born in Pennsylvania

And all the males born in Ireland were citizens by 1870. Their declarations of intention to be a citizen, if you can find them, wouldn't give their parents' names, but it might confirm the county of origin.
