Does anyone know if Tony Cheal's Harrogate People and Place website is still active? Can he be contacted as the email form on his site has expired.

Yes it is - he posted about recent updates on some of the Rootsweb lists yesterday. However, I deleted the emails after reading them, so I can't help with contact details.
