Margery S Hillier
« on: Friday 03 August 18 22:03 BST (UK) »
Hello,
If anyone could please go back to possibly the grandfather or even maybe great grandfather of Margery S Hillier born 24th October 1926 Died 6th April 2007 at Romsey, Hampshire, England that would be amazing please. She also married Arthur Norman Webb in 1945. The families are both from around the Romsey area and neighbouring villages. Thank you.

You can find this info yourself as it's all available online.  She will have both maternal and paternal grand/grt grandparents

Look up Margery's birth registration on freebmd which will give you her mothers maiden name

Use freebmd to find her parents marriage   www.freebmd.org.uk

Use the 1911 census to find both parents and then use earlier censuses to trace them back

All censuses are available on Family Search  http://www.rootschat.com/links/01egx/

Give a man a record and you feed him for a day.
Teach a man to research, and you feed him for a lifetime.
