Fowke of Elmsthorpe

I've just come across a blazon of arms for the Fowkes/Fowke family of Elmesthorpe, leic although I cant find any information in noting who there were granted to or a picture of them.
I'm thinking they were granted to Mr Richard Fowke of Elmesthorpe who had a Museum in the village and the son of John Fowkes and Ann Paul, Ann Paul being the Grt granddaughter of Sir Thomas Halford, 2nd Baronet of Wistow Hall.

The arms are listed as such -
'Ar. a chev. gu. on a chief of the last three mullets pierced of the first'

I can't find a picture of the arms but as no one else has replied ... here is what they would look like. Also, here is the entry in Papworth's Ordinary which suggests they were originally granted by William Camden who was the Clarenceux King of Arms between 1597 – 1623 so a bit earlier than you were thinking!

Interestingly I have the Fowke family originating in Rothley and moving to Elmesthorpe in 1730s so maybe they held land there prior?
Shame it doesn’t say who it was granted to.

John Fowke did marry Elizabeth Bywater in 1710 and I know her brother was Thomas Bywater Gent of Rothley and was in possession of Rothley Hall/House according to his Will.

Maybe it was granted to an Ancestor of John who originally held land in elmesthorpe.
